Successful inclusion of newcomers (IRNA) is a free employment preparation program that facilitates the integration of French-speaking newcomers into the Alberta labour market.
To support you with your Canadian workforce integration, IRNA helps remove potential barriers to your integration by offering free, personalized training through your employment counsellor.
IRNA is for those who are interested in:
- Gaining a better understanding of Canadian workplace culture
- Seeking professional career counselling and guidance
- Acquiring Canadian work experience
- Support with the recognition of credentials and skills acquired abroad
- Improving their English language proficiency
- Improving their computer and digital literacy skills
